Terms and Conditions Introduction
This Website is provided for your personal use subject to these Terms & Conditions. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
• You must be a resident in the United Kingdom to use this Website and purchase goods from us.
Order Processing
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all information that you provide to us when making an order is accurate and complete and you must inform us immediately of any changes to that information.
Price
If any goods are shown on the Website at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse to supply those goods to you at that price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• The price includes postage and delivery charges when the order exceeds £25.00.
Payment
• You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo and Switch/Maestro.
Availability of goods/colour and sizing
• No contract will come into place between us until we actually despatch the goods to you. Until that point, we may decline to supply the goods to you for any reason.
• If we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• If any goods you order are not available, we reserve the right to supply you with substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. If we do this and you decide to return the goods to us, we will bear the costs of such a return.
• The colour and sizing of products shown on the Website can only be used as a guide and colours and sizes may differ slightly from product to product. We may also make variations to the products shown on the Website but these will not affect their quality.
Delivery and delivery charges
• Delivery will be made to the address in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, which you provide to us as the delivery address when submitting your order.
• We will deliver Textiles within 10 working days from the date of your order but will not be liable for delay in delivery arising as a result of any cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Delivery is free when your order value exceeds £25.00. Otherwise a standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies to all orders.
Your right to cancel
• You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods from us, with the exception of the following (unless they are faulty):
Any goods that have been supplied to your specifications or clearly personalised;
Any goods which, by reason of their nature cannot be returned (e.g. personal products) or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Please send notice of cancellation by email to admin@pureathome.co.uk or call us on 01773604480 stating your name and order number and details.
• If the goods have already been despatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us unused and with the original packaging intact and repackaged securely to Pure at Home Ltd, Unit 2 Securiparc, Wimsey Way, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4HG and we will credit your credit or debit card or reimburse you by your method of payment with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
• If you do not return the goods within 21 days of cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, and you will be charged for them.
• If an item is returned which is not faulty, you will be refunded the costs of the goods and the post and packaging charges but not the return postal charges.
Returns Policy
• Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
• Faulty or damaged item
• You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage (require roof of postage).
Duplicate or incorrect item
• You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted item
• You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
Returns procedure

• Packing the item.
• Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with proof of postage. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return. Send to: Pure at Home, Returns Department, Unit 2 Securiparc, Wimsey Way, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4HG
• Replacement or refund.
• We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
Limitations on use of Website
• You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Website any material:
• that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; or
• for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approval; or
• which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or
• which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses).
• You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).
Amendments
• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify these changes to you by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Website. The changes will apply to all use of the Website after we have posted the new Terms and Conditions. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

• Links to third party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. • We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by any circumstances beyond our control.
• A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
• These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
• Free Gifts
• Where a number of free gifts are advertised and linked directly to order value thresholds, only the free gift linked to the highest threshold achieved will be sent. This applies to Free gifts only and excludes other discounted / reduced price offers.
• Should you wish to return a product which was linked to a free gift promotion, then all promotional items, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.
